I am aware that the purpose of this platform is communication and relationship management with the Deutsche Bank Group.<br \/>\n2. I commit to use the platform only in accordance with its actual purpose. This includes, in particular, that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I will not make my login data available to any third party,<\/li>\n<li>I use the platform exclusively for my private use and do not pursue any commercial goals with the use,<\/li>\n<li>I do not make digital copies of member data,<\/li>\n<li>I do not make any copies &#8211; even not partially &#8211; of the platform and the information it contains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. With my usage, I commit to behave fairly within the platform. This includes, in particular, that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I confirm to maintain the integrity of other users; in particular:\n<ul>\n<li>to not post any publications of personally offensive content, content considered damaging to reputation, discriminatory, obscene, illegal or similar on the platform or in any other way,<\/li>\n<li>to clearly identify myself by my name on the platform,<\/li>\n<li>to not log in to the platform with a different identity,<\/li>\n<li>to not upload files that could be infected with a virus or give the appearance of being infected with a virus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. \tI acknowledge that the Deutsche Bank Group is not liable for damages that may arise from the use of the platform within the scope of the legal regulations.<br \/>\n5.\tI acknowledge that there is no guarantee of the availability of the services or their functionality.<br \/>\n6.\tI acknowledge that I can revoke my consent to use the platform at any time. As a result, my personal data and my profile will be automatically and promptly deleted in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.<br \/>\n7.\tI acknowledge that from time to time I may be contacted directly by the platform&#8217;s administrators for the purpose of relationship management.<br \/>\n8.\tI recognize the right of the platform\u2019s responsibles to remove any questionable content from the platform and to block users in case of violation of the terms of use.<br \/>\n9.\tI acknowledge that the respective user is responsible for all posted data or content.
