Terms of use

By using the candidate platform dbMove (hereinafter referred to as “platform”), I declare my agreement with the Deutsche Bank Group to the following points:

1. I am aware that the purpose of this platform is communication and relationship management with the Deutsche Bank Group.
2. I commit to use the platform only in accordance with its actual purpose. This includes, in particular, that:

I will not make my login data available to any third party,
I use the platform exclusively for my private use and do not pursue any commercial goals with the use,
I do not make digital copies of member data,
I do not make any copies – even not partially – of the platform and the information it contains.

3. With my usage, I commit to behave fairly within the platform. This includes, in particular, that:

I confirm to maintain the integrity of other users; in particular:
- to not post any publications of personally offensive content, content considered damaging to reputation, discriminatory, obscene, illegal or similar on the platform or in any other way,
- to clearly identify myself by my name on the platform,
- to not log in to the platform with a different identity,
- to not upload files that could be infected with a virus or give the appearance of being infected with a virus.

4. I acknowledge that the Deutsche Bank Group is not liable for damages that may arise from the use of the platform within the scope of the legal regulations.
5. I acknowledge that there is no guarantee of the availability of the services or their functionality.
6. I acknowledge that I can revoke my consent to use the platform at any time. As a result, my personal data and my profile will be automatically and promptly deleted in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
7. I acknowledge that from time to time I may be contacted directly by the platform’s administrators for the purpose of relationship management.
8. I recognize the right of the platform’s responsibles to remove any questionable content from the platform and to block users in case of violation of the terms of use.
9. I acknowledge that the respective user is responsible for all posted data or content. Deutsche Bank Group accepts no liability for their technical quality or content.
